Creating a skin care routine you can stick with is a problem that regularly trips people up.

The simple 3-step no-fail daily skin care routine

Cleanse

The first thing you want to do when you wake up in the morning is to clean your skin. To clean your face, use a facial cleanser that agrees with your skin.

Not only is dryness unsightly, it also leads to wrinkles and skin damage.

Protect

Thus, it is always a good idea to protect your skin by using a skin protectant that contains SPF.

SPF (sun protection factor) prevents the UV rays from damaging your skin. Dermatologists typically recommend that you use sunscreen that contains an SPF of 15.

Over time, and especially if you spend most of your day outside, the SPF wears off.

Thus, it is advisable to apply a fresh coat of sunscreen every two hours to get the best protection.
