Our staff will be reaching out to our patients who have appointments scheduled to review the next steps. Your health and safety remain our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding and patience during these challenging times.

Please confirm with your insurance regarding their coverage policies regarding telemedicine visits.

If I don’t have insurance to cover my visit, what are my options?

I have skin cancer or an abnormal mole. I’m worried about delaying treatment.

We take your health very seriously. Whenever we make a decision to treat our patients, we have to weigh up the risks of treatment (risk of exposure to Covid 19 if we leave our homes) vs the benefit of treatment (removal of cancer or mole). We also have to consider the risk of delaying treatment, and whether the skin cancer or mole is expected to change and or grow in the next few months.

Currently, Covid-19 exposure risk can be increased by leaving one’s home.

If you feel that your skin condition is worsening and/or painful, please do not hesitate to contact our office for an urgent appointment.

Can I have Botox, filler or a laser treatment?

We are not offering cosmetic treatments at this time during the Covid-19 pandemic. Please check our website and social media for updates.

How do I schedule an appointment for telehealth?

You can schedule your appointment by phone with any of our 4 locations, our website chat, or visit our social media to chat with a staff member.

How do I connect with provider for my visit?

Once your appointment has been scheduled and deposit collected, you will receive an email from our team with a link to join our virtual waiting area. We ask that you join the waiting area at least 5-10 minutes prior to scheduled time.
